Filmed December 15, 2022. Josh Friedman travels inside Kherson, Ukraine a little more than a month after Ukrainian troops retook the city from Russian forces. At the time, there was frequent shelling resulting in some civilian casualties in the city. Likewise, many residents of Kherson at the time had been without electricity and running water for days or weeks.
