North Korea should let its people reap what they sow
The North Korean regime is allowing farmers to exercise a little more control over their farming operations and even keep more of what they produce. Reports indicate that yields are increasing as a result of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un giving farmers limited power to make business decisions.
