Reports indicate that yields are increasing as a result of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un giving farmers limited power to make business decisions. Kim should now accept that agriculture is more productive when run by farmers than when run by bureaucrats. He should privative North Korean farms. Doing so would provide farmers better wages, and it would help alleviate hunger and starvation in North Korea.[/fusion_text][/three_fourth]
